When She Discovered Her Boyfriend Had Been Cheating on Her, She Confessed All at Her Surprise Birthday Party

Finding out someone has been unfaithful is pretty horrible. For one woman from the state of Texas, she found out that her boyfriend had been cheating on her for a while. She knew that their relationship was over, but she was not going to let him go without knowing that he had wronged her. There was no way she was going to allow him to go off quietly, and do what he had done to her to someone else. It was time for the world to know what kind of person he is, and she knew the perfect way to do it.

Getting Even

Tiana had been deeply in love with her boyfriend when she found out that he had been seeing another woman. With her birthday coming up, she knew that her boyfriend would naturally expect to be there. After all, he had no idea that she knew what he had been getting up to.

She wanted to publicly humiliate him in front of all of their friends and family. This may not reflect the best on her, but she felt that it was her right to choose how the whole thing would be played out.

Turning 22

Tiana Perea was just 21 years old when she found out that her boyfriend was betraying her. She had grown up in New Jersey and made the move to the grand old state of Texas to start a new life for herself. As a music lover, and the sales associate, Tiana knew how to talk to people.

Everyday, she would help men and women choose items from Michael Kors that reflected their personalities, and styles. Santos, her boyfriend, was not as engaged with people, and that showed when she found out that while she was working, he was dating another woman.

Party Planning

To make her plan work, Tiana would have to invite all of their closest friends to her birthday party. She looked at the guestlist and chose twelve people who she felt would understand what she was doing. Santos thought this was just a regular party, there would be popcorn, some nice drinks, and a whole lot of fun.

Little did he know, that Tiana had been planning this moment for a long time, and he was about to be exposed. He showed up the party grinning, knowing that he had a great girlfriend and that he could do what he wanted without her knowing.

Too Much Smiling

As soon as Santos arrived at the party, Tiana looked at him and prepared herself for what was to come. He was in good spirits, and clearly ready to have a good time. She would make sure that he had the worst time, he just did not know it yet. Santos was feeling pretty smart, as he went to kiss his girlfriend, and wish her a happy birthday.

Things were about to get a bit uncomfortable for Santos, and everyone who had to witness what Tiana had to say about him. Taking a deep breath, Tiana prepared to launch into her speech.

Time For A Speech

Tiana asked everyone to raise their glasses up, as it was her birthday, and she wanted to make a toast. Everyone poured themselves a drink, and prepared to toast to Tiana’s health and good fortune. What came next would shock the room. Nobody, least of all Santos expected her to say what she did.

As soon as she began to speak, everyone began to shift uncomfortably and looked over at Santos. Did he really do all of the things she was accusing him of? If so, how could he even show his face at her party, much less be with her. Confusion quickly turned to anger, as the room heard about Santos.

Setting The Mood

During the evening, Tiana had played it very cool towards Santos. Her friends had no idea that anything was wrong. She was all smiles, and seemed truly happy to be celebrating her birthday amongst friends, as she was so far from her family.

Santos had been her rock during this time, and now he was the cause of her pain. She thanked everyone for coming, and then began to detail how the evening would go.

A Revelation

After thanking all of her friends for being there, Tiana then thanked Santos. Instead of praising him for always being by her side, she thanked him for showing her what she really deserves.

The cheating showed her that she deserves to be with a man who truly appreciates her, and does not want to be with other women. So far, what she was saying wasn’t so bad. That was because she was just getting started.

The Secret Is Out

Santos had been trying to see another girl for a while. It seems like she had finally said yes to his advances, and that was when Tiana had found out. Some outside source, had decided to let her know that her boyfriend was cheating on her.

Tiana would not name who had told her though, simply that she knew all about it. Santos’ face drained of color as she continued to speak. His girlfriend knew about his other girlfriend.

Picture Time

To make matters worse, Tiana had photographic evidence of Santos’ cheating. The unknown source had shared screenshots, photographs, and even videos that Santos had shared with this girl. None of these were very flattering, and some of the photos were obscene.

It was heartbreaking for Tiana, but she showed her friends because she wanted them to make sure she never went back to Santos. Through all of this, Santos stood next to her completely stunned.

Talking To All The Ladies

The speech wasn’t over yet though. Tiana had more that she wanted to share regarding Santos’ behaviour. One of the things that she found most hurtful, was the fact that Santos would send both her, and this other woman the same pictures of himself.

Nothing he had sent her was special, because he had been sharing it was another woman. Through it all, Santos remained silent, except to mention that the situation was bad.

Never Ever Getting Back Together

The speech finally began to wind down, and Tiana took a deep breath, ready for the last words she was going to deliver. She turned to Santos at this point, and addressed him directly.

In case he had thought there was any hope of fixing things, she simply yelled at him to, “Get Out!” He quickly snatched up his belongings and made a hasty exit from the party, and Tiana’s house. She no longer cared where or what he was doing.

Did Edgar Know?

Edgar, Santos’ closest friend had been invited to the party. Tiana had been watching his reaction throughout her entire speech, because she figured as his friend he would have known about it.

He maintained that he did not know, and Tiana wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. After all, she had already thrown out her boyfriend, she really did not want to lose any more friends over him. Edgar stayed at her birthday party, to try and console her.

Silence

As Santos had been staying with Tiana in her house, he thought that he would need to go and pack up his belongings. Tiana had thought of that to, and shoved everything into a black duffel bag.

Not wanting to have to touch Santos ever again, she had given the bag to her brother. He walked Santos to the door, while all of their friends watched and handed him the bag. That would hopefully be the last of him.

Learning From Santos

With all of their friends in attendance, one of the guests became very uncomfortable. He had watched the whole drama play out, and while he was not a cheater himself it made him nervous.

He began to talk about how he would never cheat because he would never want to be publicly outed the way Santos had been. If there was one thing Santos had done, it was to make sure that none of that friend group would cheat.

Filming The Event

While the friends had largely remained silent through Tiana’s speech and outing of Santos, a few of them had decided to film the occasion. Tiana had stood up for herself, and what is right.

They felt that that was a moment for the world, or perhaps their small number of followers should see. Tiana was fine with being filmed. If she had wanted this to be a quiet event, she would have spoken to Santos alone.

Going Viral

If you thought that Santos’s public shaming was over, then you should probably think again. Tiana was not finished. The reason so many people had been filming it, is because she had big plans to upload it to Twitter.

Not only would their close friends know what kind of man Santos is, but the world would as well. As soon as the video was uploaded, people from around the globe began to watch and comment on it.

Ready To Start Dating

As a newly single lady, which Tiana made very obvious on Twitter, she decided that she was ready to start dating again. This open ended post, meant that men from every corner of the globe began to flood into her DMs to see if she wanted to go on a date with them.

Tiana began to post some of the messages she received, as they were downright hilarious, and some were quite sweet. She would find someone new in no time.

How To Get A Date

One of her followers seemed to be quite infatuated with her. He knew that she was receiving all sorts of offers, but felt that he should be her number one. In an effort to stand out from the rest, he asked her if there was an application process for dating her.

What she responded with we aren’t sure, but we really hope she gave him a chance. He seemed like a very sweet guy, who just wanted to make her happy again.

In Hiding

Whether or not it is right or wrong to publicly shame someone for cheating, Tiana decided to do it. Not only did she upload the video, but she made sure to tag Santos in it. She would not let him be anonymous.

This meant that Santos also found his inbox flooded with nasty messages from people. If you try to find him on Twitter you can’t. He has had to delete his account until this video blows over.

Show No Mercy

Everyone had an opinion about what was done to Tiana and her response. For the most part, it has been incredibly supportive, and everyone believes that what Tiana did was fantastic. If a relationship is done, then Santos should have broken up with Tiana, not gone behind her back and seen someone else.

It was incredibly hurtful, and how Tiana dealt with it is completely understandable. Her next partner should be wary about being unfaithful if they don’t want to be publicly outed.

Being Petty

Some people firmly believe that any kind of argument or break up should be done behind closed doors. Not all of the comments that Tiana received were positive, and a few even said that she may have deserved it, if this is how she acts when someone wrongs her.

The video did not show the woman he was cheating on her with, only that he had been talking to someone. It was not a great situation for either of them.

Too Much?

Santos had been emotionally cheating, but not physically. Some people believe that to be worse than physically cheating, as a deep emotional connection tends to be formed.

However, was this public outing of his ‘maybe’ cheating a bit too extreme? Many people think so, but the only person who can decide what is right and what is wrong in this situation is Tiana. The deed is done now, and Santos is out of her life.

Moving On

We hope that Tiana has begun to date again, and has found a partner who treats her with the respect she deserves. In the words of Taylor Swift, Santos and Tiana, “are never ever getting back together.”

Whoever ends up dating Santos, will know that he is a hard person to trust, and we hope that nobody else gets their heart broken the way Tiana did. Hopefully, these two are on the path to forgiveness and are moving on.
