The Marvel Universe is full of hazardous weapons and relics, so we have compiled a list of the most powerful ones to ever grace the pages of a comic book! Comics are recognized for being wild, and part of that glee stems from all the small trinkets that help propel a story forward or heighten the excitement of a battle. Indeed, certain comic-book weapons, such as the Infinity Gauntlet, have become well-known as a result of their appearances in The Avengers film saga. Although all weapons are inherently helpful, not all weapons are created equal; some are more powerful than others. Despite this, there are a slew of other goods that have yet to achieve the same level of fame.
25. THE EBONY BLADE
Dane Whitman, also known as the Black Knight, has served as the head of Ultraforce and has appeared in various Avengers versions. Whitman rules Weirdworld, an unearthly realm, but one constant is that he always wields the Ebony Blade. He uses his sword-fighting talents as the Black Knight to combat evil in all of its manifestations. The Ebony Blade was forged from a Starstone meteorite by the wizard Merlin.
Following that, a series of events transpired, culminating with Merlin enchanting the blade, rendering it unbreakable and capable of slicing through anything other than adamantium. The Blade can absorb energy, and it transfers its wielder through space and time, allowing someone like the Black Knight to travel across time if he so desired. Despite the sword’s impressive skills, the Ebony Blade is cursed: when the sword is used to spill blood, the user gets corrupted and finally loses all mental stability.
24. DOCTOR DOOM’S TIME PLATFORM
Doctor Doom, the antagonist of Reed Richards and the Fantastic Four, is always looking for new methods to expand his power, even if it means controlling the Earth. Doom is fueled by hatred and fury for the wasteful plebes and believes that no one should be able to match his knowledge and strength.
In the hands of a maniac like Doom, time travel is already perilous in and of itself, especially with the ways that you can collapse time and space if you make a mistake, but it’s amazing he hasn’t succumbed to the urge to rewrite the history of the universe. Doctor Victor Von Doom was feeling particularly imaginative one day and decided to construct a time machine. He’d usually use the time platform to steal Iron Man’s technical gadgets.
23. THANOS’ SPACE THRONE
If you’re going to be flying throughout the universe in a crazed endeavor to wipe out half of sentient life and take over the rest, it’s wonderful to have a chair to sit in and relax in after all of your hard work. Besides, even tyrannical aliens, like Thanos, the Mad Titan, require a way of transportation. In the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, an enigmatic Thanos sat atop his Space Thrones, issuing instructions to his minions. Thanos didn’t choose that particular throne for its aesthetic appeal, as it turns out.
The throne, in fact, is a part of comic book legend and should not be treated lightly. It’s only after a closer look that you realize it’s not just a fancy chair. The Space Throne can teleport, hop through dimensions, create severe protective force fields, and fire devastating energy blasts from the top of its frame.
22. THE M’KRAAN CRYSTAL
The gigantic pink M’Kraan Crystal represents “the end of all that is,” according to its makers, which is a long way of saying the crystal shouldn’t be interfered with. Nobody knows where the colossal Crystal came from and no one knows how it got there.
The Crystal itself appears to defy all known physical laws, as it has more surface area in its body than is physically feasible . A physicist’s nightmare, the Crystal contains an entire crystal metropolis that is shielded by the force field. A neutron galaxy is also found at the core of this jewel, serving as the nexus point for all matter in all realities that have existed or will exist. Finally, there are speculations that the Crystal’s heart contains a piece of the Phoenix Force. If the stasis field of the M’Kraan Crystal is broken, it will generate a universal black hole that will annihilate all.
21. THE WATCHER’S EYE
The ancient entity known as Uatu the Watcher lived on the moon. His job as a Watcher was to keep an eye on the planet Earth and keep his oath of non-interference. Whenever a particularly noteworthy event occurred, the Watcher would usually appear to the event’s location so that he could see it firsthand.
The Watcher had amassed knowledge about the planet’s entire history as a result of all he’d witnessed. This contained everyone’s and everything’s secrets, even the Marvel Universe’s superheroes. Those secrets had a lot of power, and many people would kill for them. In truth, the Watcher was killed and his eyes were taken for them. The Watcher’s memories and knowledge were preserved in his eyes. The powers of the Watcher’s eyes were then awakened, displaying the Marvel heroes’ numerous dreadful surprises that had been kept concealed from them for years.
20. THE MURAMASA BLADE
Wolverine is nearly invincible by any and all conventional means, thanks to his healing factor, which lets him recover from all damage, and his retractable claws, which are made of the indestructible metal adamantium (along with every other bone in his body). Wolverine puts his powers to good use. Due to his reputed lethality, Wolverine has attracted a slew of criminals who want him as their personal assassin.
Wolverine asked swordsmith Muramasa to construct him a sword, well understanding that he might lose control or come under the power of a group like Hydra. Though the weapon was designed to aid Wolverine in exacting vengeance on the men who murdered his wife, it would subsequently be used to put Logan down if the situation demanded it. The blade, which is made from a portion of Wolverine’s spirit, can cut at the molecular level and is known for neutralizing healing forces.
19. MJOLNIR
Odin fought the Mother Storm, a sentient storm the size of a galaxy that threatened Asgard. He captured it in a piece of uru and then had three dwarf blacksmiths make a weapon out of it. They were successful, but the three dwarves had to employ a magical forge in the center of a dying star to create the powerful weapon. The explosion was so powerful that the star itself exploded, nearly destroying the Earth.
Mjolnir’s power is awe-inspiring, as it’s imbued with a portion of the Odin Force. Before Thor was born, Odin used it on a variety of adventures, and years later, the All-Father would use it to test his son’s worthiness and mold him into a defender of his people. Thor became proud after a while, so the All-Father sent him to Earth as a mortal and he could only return when he located the hammer.
18. THE DARKHOLD
Chthon spent his days mastering black magic as the brother of the cosmic deities Set, Gaea, and Oshtur. He became the first Master of the Dark Arts as a result of this. Chthon is currently residing in a nether dimension adjacent to the earthly plane of existence. Before retreating to said dimension, he left behind the Darkhold, the Book of Sins, which is responsible for most of history’s evil.
The Darkhold can be utilized by almost anyone and instructs the learner by instilling dark information in their thoughts. The teachings in the book were utilized to produce the first vampires, and they also played a role in Atlantis’ first sinking. The Darkhold is the polar opposite of Doctor Strange’s Book of the Vishanti, which was created by the Elder Goddess Oshtur and is where he receives a lot of his power.
17. STORMBREAKER
Stormbreaker was conceived by the Dwarves of Nidavellir as a weapon for the King of Asgard, but it was never constructed. Eitri, Thor, and Rocket fashioned it into a half-hammer, half-battle-axe before Groot developed an arm and shaped it into a handle.
Stormbreaker was used by Thor in the Battle of Wakanda and against Thanos on multiple occasions, proving to be a more powerful alternative for Mjolnir. The battle-axe was capable of channeling and magnifying Thor’s storm powers, annihilating a large group of Outriders. The axe may also summon the Bifrost and teleport Thor and his companions beyond space. It was powerful enough to deflect a direct blast from the Infinity Stones while being sharp enough to impale and decapitate Thanos. Stormbreaker was a true king’s weapon, elevating Thor to a new level of power.
16. THE EYE OF AGAMOTTO
Oshtur the Elder Goddess, the most powerful of the Earth gods, was moved to tears when she saw a blind kid one day. The tear landed on Earth and it gave birth to the sorcerer Agamotto. Agamotto, Oshtur, and her son Hoggoth created the everlasting Vishanti. She’d go on to write the Book of Vishanti after that.
While it is uncertain whether the eye is one of Agamotto or one that the sorcerer discovered, it is certain that he constructed two other magical talismans to go with it. It was thereafter passed down to each Sorcerer Supreme’s successor. The Eye, despite its immense power, is more of a weapon of wisdom than of violence. The Eye, unable to respond to a bad user, can rewind recent events, open gateways to earlier times, freeze people or objects in suspended animation, and see through any disguise, whether supernatural or technological in origin.
15. MANDARIN’S TEN RINGS
Don’t be fooled by their appearance; the Mandarin’s Rings are alien objects of power that happen to be in the shape of rings. A Makluan spaceship crashed on Earth, bringing the extraterrestrial artifact Rings with it. Before the Mandarin collected all of them, each ring had a human host.
They, like Sauron’s One Ring in Lord of the Rings, summon their brethren to gather. Each ring has its unique supernatural ability, such as shooting powerful cold rays, mental control over another, lightning, fire, and laser blasts, as well as a slew of other cool stuff like rearranging matter. It’s been suggested in recent years that the rings contain the essence of long-dead alien warriors; Mandarin just happens to be servicing them. If that’s the case, whoever handles the Rings doesn’t get to do whatever he or she wants, but rather whatever the spirits within the artifacts command.
14. EXCALIBUR
We all know that Excalibur was created by Merlin and the Lady of the Lake, and that Arthur Pendragon drew the sword from the stone, establishing him as the legitimate ruler of his kingdom.
In Marvel Comics, a similar plot played out, although this time, the original Black Knight fought alongside Arthur when Kang the Conqueror time-traveled to Arthurian Britain in an attempt to capture power. Excalibur was tossed into the future, then returned to the past, as a result of a flurry of time travel nonsense that ensued. Then history proceeded as usual, with Arthur succumbing to his son Mordred. Excalibur was then returned to the mythical lake from which it had sprung. Excalibur is incredibly powerful, capable of killing anything, including gods, immortals, and even spirits.
13. THE TACTIGON
The Tactigon is certainly one of the deadliest weapons to ever land on Earth, being classified as an Omega-Level threat (a designation given to individuals or artifacts capable of killing whole worlds). It is extraterrestrial in nature; it’s unique in that it binds to the wearer’s arm. In addition, the Tactigon has shown that it possesses sentience and can feel fear.
It desires to be used, and it encourages its host to do so, frequently to lethal effect. This could explain why it has such a strong need to associate with people who are likewise terrified or in need of a weapon. The Tactigon possesses nearly infinite power and can make any weapon the wielder may think or require, regardless of complexity. During a battle, the Tactigon will analyze its opponent and match its power in order to perfectly counter them. Its most common counterattacks are high-intensity energy blasts.
12. NEGA BANDS
The Nega Bands are a Kree weapon that Marv-Vell, all of his predecessors, and even people like Quasar wear. They are effectively symbols of high distinction, as the Nega Bands are conferred on the finest Kree warrior. They were created by the Supreme Intelligence. Rather of acting on the whims of her despotic people and attacking Earth, Captain Marvel chose to safeguard the planet. Mar-Vell was exiled to the Negative Zone as a result, but she was rescued when Rick Jones, the Hulk’s and Captain America’s friend, put on an old pair of Nega Bands and struck them above his head.
Super strength, Cosmic Awareness, teleportation, cybernetic interaction with technology, invulnerability, and the capacity to control and absorb various sorts of energy are all features of the Nega Bands. Because the Nega Bands can function for anybody, good or evil, they are highly sought after.
11. THE BLACK VORTEX
Though the Black Vortex will not become sentient and destroy all life as we know it, nor will it be a weapon capable of annihilating creation if it comes into contact with it in the wrong way, it is hazardous because of the promise of power it holds. The Black Vortex’s cosmic abilities make it a target for anybody with a desire for power, as its primary ability is to bestow cosmic capabilities on its user, allowing them to reach their full potential. It magnifies any pre-existing talents and elevates the individual to godlike status.
Even if the person looking into the Vortex does not have any powers, the Vortex will grant them powers and supercharge them. The Black Vortex comes at a cost. Few mortals can bear the power bestowed upon them in this circumstance. Their hearts become perverted and they lose their wits as a result of this.
10. THE CASKET OF ANCIENT WINTERS
The Casket of Ancient Winters was featured in the first Thor film. It was actually quite important to the plot of the film, since Loki’s ice abilities led him to learn his true heritage as a Frost Giant. The Ancient Winters Casket is an elemental artifact. The Casket is Asgardian in nature, yet no one knows who created it. If opened, it contains the Ymir’s Fimbuwinter, which will cause enormous snowstorms.
It contains the ferocity of a thousand dying winters, aside from the world-destroying snowstorms. The temperature unleashed by the casket is so extreme that even Frost Giants, who enjoy icy weather, can be frozen by it. If a world is struck by the Casket, there is only one known way to undo the damage: Odin’s hidden Gem of Infinite Suns. The Gem, on the other hand, holds the essence of hundreds of stars, in contrast to the Casket.
9. THE STAFF OF ONE
The Staff of One has only two requirements for use: first, it can only be called when its owner bleeds their own blood, and second, it cannot cast the same spell twice (hence its name). Nico Minoru got the Staff after her mother Tina stabbed her in the back with it. Rather than killing the adolescent, her body absorbed the Staff’s power. The Staff was hers after that.
Even if the Staff of One has the ability to change the fabric of the universe, there is a disadvantage. The Staff of One, which is activated by a vocal command, can only employ the same spell once in each language. Nico has spent time learning numerous languages in order to be able to use specific spells multiple times. Despite its limitations, the Staff of One is so strong that it is feared by Doctor Strange’s nemesis Dormammu.
8. THE CRIMSON GEM OF CYTTORAK
The Cyttorak Crimson Gem is a powerful mystical gem. The Octessence, eight enormous beings of magical might, squabble for millennia about who was the most powerful of them all. They made a wager in an attempt to stop the discussion. They each deposited a fraction of their amazing power into a totem and established that the first mortal who came into contact with each being’s unique item would change into an Exemplar and become the living embodiment of that power in what would become known as the Wager of Octessence.
Cytorrak constructed his Gem, but in the wager he cheated. Before the war began, he decided to create Avatars, and his avatar was none other than Cain Marko. Marko became one of the most powerful villains on Earth after transforming into the Juggernaut. The Gem, nevertheless, works for anyone who touches it, transforming them into an unstoppable force.
7. THE ODINSWORD
The Odinsword is the most powerful weapon in the Asgardian arsenal. It was first stated in Journey Into Mystery #117, created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Vince Colletta, that if the huge blade were ever taken from its massive sheath, the cosmos would come to a violent and exploding end. Odin promised to brandish it if a villain didn’t back down, and Thor and his allies came dangerously close to unsheathing it in order to beat Mangog.
The sword was finally utilized in a battle with the Celestials, much as it was intended.
Odin was forced to put on the Destroyer Armor and grow in size until he could wield the weapon with ease. He was successful in running through countless Celestials and destroying their armor throughout the battle, but the Celestials regenerated and defeated the All-Father (temporarily).
6. ALL-BLACK THE NECROSWORD
There are many godlike antagonists in Thor’s universe, but few inspire fear in the God of Thunder like Gorr, The God Butcher. Gorr murdered as many gods as he could. All Black the Necrosword was the name given to the weapon that joined him. It was a terrifying blade that was more than capable of executing hundreds of gods.
According to legend, this blade was the tool that cut creation’s first dawn from unending night, and the more gods it killed, the stronger it and its wielder grew. The Necrosword defies the consequences of mortality by being able to kill almost anything it comes across, and can slay an individual regardless of their level of immortality or resistance to damage. Furthermore, as a side consequence of the power it bestows, it has the potential to corrupt its bearer, entirely distorting their minds.
5. DESTROYER ARMOR
The Destroyer, which is essentially a wearable Mjolnir, was constructed not just by Odin, but also by the other pantheons of Earth. They recognized that all of the universe’s perils would eventually come to their doorstep, so they gathered all of the planet’s most powerful gods, such as Odin, Zeus, and others. They created the Destroyer Armor out of a mysterious metal that is even more powerful than Mjolnir’s uru.
The gods bestowed tremendous abilities on the Destroyer, including complete invulnerability, the ability to fire energy blasts, and super strength far exceeding that of Thor. When the Fourth Host of Celestials arrived, the Destroyer Armor would stand watch over Asgard, ready to do battle. It’s so powerful that it has developed its own senses and desires to destroy..
4. THE COSMIC CUBE
There was a time when the Cosmic Cube existed before the Infinity Gauntlet. The Tesseract from the Marvel Cinematic Universe should not be confused with the Cosmic Cube, especially as the latter was later revealed to be the Space Gem for use in the Infinity Gauntlet. The Cosmic Cube, first shown in early issues of Tales of Suspense, is so powerful that it can rewrite reality, modify the history of anybody or everything, and do anything the owner wishes. Its only real constraint is the storytellers’ own imagination.
Using a Cosmic Cube isn’t as simple as pointing and shooting. It necessitates incredible concentration. The larger the action you want the Cube to execute, the greater the risk to you and everyone else nearby, as a single errant thought might destroy the planet you’re standing on.
3. THE ULTIMATE NULLIFIER
The Ultimate Nullifier is one of the most powerful weapons in comic books, and his abilities are terrifying. Its power is so enormous that, given the appropriate circumstances, even Thanos holding the Infinity Gauntlet could be defeated by whoever used the Ultimate Nullifier. Utau the Watch abandoned his pledge of non-interference and aided the Fantastic Four by revealing the location of the Nullifier when Galactus first arrived to eat the Earth. Reed Richards utilized the little weapon to scare Galactus away from the planet.
The Ultimate Nullifier has the ability to extinguish all life.. It has the ability to destroy someone or even something abstract, such as numerous timelines. The sole need is that the user possess sufficient intelligence and willpower. If the user’s willpower is insufficient, they, along with their intended target and most likely the entirety of the universe, will be destroyed.
2. THE INFINITY GAUNTLET
The fearsome Infinity Gauntlet is the most famed and infamous of all the weapons in the Marvel Universe. The Gauntlet is pretty innocuous on its own, but when combined with the Infinity Stones, you have a weapon capable of transforming the wielder into the universe itself. With mastery over reality, time, space, and the fundamental elements of creation, only the One Above All, i.e. God, Jack Kirby, and Stan Lee, and the Heart of Universe, can expect to match the Infinity Gauntlet when it is fully functional.
In the comics, Thanos obtains the Infinity Gauntlet and destroys half of his existence, just like in the movies. Thanos was stopped by Adam Warlock, who used his link to the Soul Gem in the Gauntlet to figure out that Thanos didn’t really want to be omnipotent. The Gauntlet would make appearances here and there after Thanos was defeated.
1. THE HEART OF THE UNIVERSE
The legendary Infinity Gauntlet is no match for the Heart of the Universe. Anyone who manages to obtain it will become the supreme being of the Marvel Universe, which implies they will be more powerful than entities such as the One Above All (God) and the Fulcrum. There is no gadget or weapon in Marvel Comics that even comes close to matching its strength, which was created by Marvel’s Supreme Being in an effort to repair an original imbalance in the core nature of the Marvel Universe.
Apart from an alternate Thanos, the Celestial Order was the only extraterrestrial civilization to discover the Heart of the Universe, and they planned to harness its power to impose their will on creation. Of course, the Celestial Order’s plan didn’t work out, but that hasn’t stopped a few other people from attempting to harness the Heart’s incredible power.
–Check Out These Mighty Weapons Who Didn’t Make It To The Ranking–
THE UNIVERSAL WEAPON
Ronan the Accuser, the alien Kree’s most powerful member, wields the Universal Weapon. This weapon has the ability to change the structure of matter, create energy blasts and force fields, as well as fly. If an unauthorized user tries to use it, they will be shocked. Despite its uninspiring name, it is the Marvel Universe’s second most well-known Warhammer.
One of the reasons it’s so well-known is that it merged with the power of an Infinity Stone in the Guardians of the Galaxy. Even without an Infinity Stone, this war hammer may do significant damage by channeling its power in a variety of ways. Furthermore, as a blunt-force weapon, the weapon is dense and deadly. Also, Ronan, the Accuser, has been trained to be an exceptional warrior and excels at wielding the weapon.
THANOS’ SWORD
Thanos used a massive double-bladed sword to conquer worlds and gain the Infinity Stones long before he obtained the Infinity Gauntlet and ravaged the universe. With two long blades fashioned from an unknown yet powerful alien alloy, it was nearly as tall as Thanos himself.
Thanos was a brilliant swordsman who could take on Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor all at once. The sword penetrated Thor’s chest and deflected Mjolnir and Stormbreaker’s powerful blows. Thanos was able to blast through Captain America’s vibranium shield with his blade, which was also incredibly sharp. The sword was a lethal weapon in and of itself, but it was even more so when wielded by the Mad Titan himself. No foe was a match for him and his sword.
YAKA ARROW
Guardians of the Galaxy was published in 2014. We didn’t see the full strength of the Yaka Arrow until Yondu crashed and landed on Xandar, with his whistle-controlled stick whirling in the air. The Yaka Arrow is operated by an elaborate sequence of whistles and is only connected to the user via an external fin.
The Arrow can fly at extraordinary speeds and through a variety of strong objects, including solid metal, Kree armor, and rocks when weaponized. Yondu was a master of the Yaka Arrow, capable of annihilating the entire squadron of Kree soldiers as well as a full ship of Ravagers in a matter of seconds. The Yaka Arrow may be a lethal weapon in the right hands. It’s sad that Yondu made the ultimate sacrifice and won’t be returning for the third edition of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
THE EVIL EYE OF AVALON
The Evil Eye is constructed of an unknown metal and has the ability to manipulate matter at the molecular level, fire concussive force blasts, disintegrate matter, negate other energy sources, and create or destroy force shields. The Evil Eye is also capable of dimensional/time travel. It had a charging “safety” button, but if it was left on, the power would rapidly build to deadly levels, causing it to explode. When the Eye exploded, it would shatter into six pieces that would be propelled through the Earth until they found sunlight again.
It was entrusted to Prester John’s care until it seemingly exploded. The device disintegrated into six parts and spread throughout the globe, becoming the focal point of the Avengers/Defenders conflict. Prester John later carried his Stellar Rod, a new form of the Evil Eye.
QUANTUM BANDS
The Quantum Bands are an ancient cosmic artifact capable of tapping into and manipulating the underlying powers of the subatomic Quantum Realm. They are the predecessor technology to the Kree Nega Bands, which empowered the first Captain Marvel beyond limits. They are a powerful piece of technology.
The bands, which are essentially Marvel’s version of DC’s Green Lanterns’ Power Rings, allow their users to generate solid energy constructions on a whim, with the only limit being their user’s imagination. Although the bands have been used by a variety of Marvel Comics characters, they were most famously worn by Quasar, the reserve Avenger, who used them in his own self-titled 1990s series as well as the Annihilation crossover event in 2006.
BLACK HOLE GRENADES
The second Thor film was considered to be a letdown, not only as the poorest in the trilogy but also as one of the worst in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Despite the mayhem of the film, viewers were introduced to a formidable but underappreciated weapon.
The Dark Elves Black Hole Grenades were a weapon that, when used, created a confined, compact black hole. Anything it came into contact with was capable of being absorbed, crushed, and disintegrated. Even when Malekith was powered by an Infinity Stone, the grenades completely incapacitated and crushed him. We have not seen them since 2014, yet they are a strong but little-known weapon. Since the Marvel Cinematic Universe is ever-growing, we hope we get to see them again in a future film.
GUNGNIR
Gungnir, Asgard’s King’s Weapon, was held by Allfather Bor and passed down to his son Odin. It was briefly employed by Loki then, a few years later, Thor after it entered the Odinsleep. Gungnir was a formidable final resort that helped Asgard conquer the Nine Realms, despite its function as a ceremonial staff. Gungnir was a powerful spear made of Uru used by the rulers of Asgard that served as a symbol of Asgardian kingship.
When used just with the blade, it was capable of carving into Hela’s Necroswords and destroying Dark Elves. The truly lethal aspect, though, was Gungnir’s strong energy bolts. They were able to kill King Laufey of the Frost Giants in a single shot, inflict harm on Hela, and quickly dispatch other adversaries. It was a powerful weapon, fit for the gods.
HELLFIRE CHAIN
The Hellfire Chain has only made an appearance in the Agents of SHIELD TV series, but it has already shown to be a formidable weapon. Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) grabbed the weapon from the Inhuman called Hellfire and added it to his arsenal. Fans are baffled as to what happened to the Ghost Rider spinoff that was heavily promoted during the Agents of SHIELD series.
The chain is imbued with fire from Ghost Rider’s hellish origins and is utilized as a whip, allowing him to easily slash through adversaries. It was able to pierce and kill Lash, a strong Inhuman monster, when in possession of Hellfire. Ghost Rider has been endowed with even more raw strength, allowing it to disintegrate ‘ghosts’ and AIDA, a Darkhold-powered LMD. It was also capable of destroying the Darkhold by opening gateways to Hell. It was a weapon with nearly endless destructive potential.
CHITAURI SCEPTER
The Chitauri Scepter was Thanos’ gift to Loki, as shown in the first two Avengers films. It was a powerful symbol, and Loki used it to lead the Chitauri in an attack on New York City, which was repelled by the newly resurrected Avengers.
The Scepter, which held the Mind Stone, could fire massively powerful blasts capable of demolishing entire automobiles in a single shot. It was made of a tough alien metal that could hold an Infinity Stone and fight Mjolnir in close-quarters combat. The Scepter, Loki’s greatest manipulating instrument, could also hypnotize practically anyone it touched on the heart, leading to heroes like Hawkeye and Dr. Selvig assisting Loki in his schemes. Powered by an Infinity Stone, it was a lethal and manipulating weapon.
THE NANO GAUNTLET
After their Time Heist to steal the Infinity Stones from the past, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and Rocket Raccoon built the Nano Gauntlet, a more Iron Man-style analogue to the Mad Titan’s weapon. Hulk used the Nano Gauntlet to bring all of the Snap victims back safely, while Iron Man used it fatally to destroy Thanos’ army.
The Nano Gauntlet was created in the same way as the Infinity Gauntlet to contain and weaponize the Infinity Stones in order to bring back half of the universe’s inhabitants. The gauntlet worked in the same way as its inspiration, but it was significantly more powerful because of Stark’s advanced nanotechnology. Despite not having the same ability as the Uru glove to store all of the Infinity Stones’ power, the nano gauntlet could change to the size of every user, making it more adaptable.
CAPTAIN AMERICA’S SHIELD
It is perhaps the most iconic weapon in the Marvel Universe, while not being the most powerful. Captain America’s shield is as iconic as the hero himself. There are artifacts and weapons that can annihilate entire planets, but it’s Cap’s shield that serves as a rallying point for people.
Dr. Myron MacLain, who created Cap’s shield, had only ever considered utilizing Vibranium. He fell asleep one night, and an unknown catalyst combined the Vibranium with an experimental iron alloy he’d been working on. After that, it was poured into a tank hatch mold and shaped into a circle. Cap’s shield is known for being nearly impenetrable, having withstood Wolverine’s claws, Molecule Man’s molecular manipulation, Thor’s mightiest strikes, and even Doctor Doom wielding the Beyonder’s powers and firing full-power energy blasts. Though the shield has been broken before, it always comes back better than new ones after being repaired.
KANG’S TIME CHAIR
Kang the Conqueror built Kang’s Time Chair, a remarkable time-drive chair that allows the user to travel through time and space. It is equipped with modern laser defense weapons as well as a massive force barrier that can withstand even the most severe attacks.
It was hacked and taken control by Iron Man, who revealed to Kang that his 41st century technology was based on very old 21st century technology, Stark Industries technology, and that it was used by Kang to look into Captain America’s past in World War II and to attack the Avengers and bring them to an unnamed universe where Earth and its inhabitants were destroyed. After that, he returned his teammates, including Kang, to their own timeline and killed the time-traveler. After being defeated, Damocles Base summoned Kang and his time chair for repairs and therapy.
BLACK PANTHER SUIT
The Black Panther suit, designed by Wakandan genius Shuri, was the strong suit worn by Wakanda’s protector. The first appearance of the suit in the Marvel Cinematic Universe occurred in Captain America: Civil War, but it is the new version seen in Black Panther that does the most damage.
The Black Panther suit, wielded by T’Challa (played by the late Chadwick Boseman) and constructed of vibranium, a nearly indestructible metal, is totally flexible, with full body coverage and sharp claws. However, Shuri (Letitia Wright) altered the suit to store and redistribute kinetic energy, resulting in huge waves of energy that may be released on adversaries. Cull Obsidian was thrown several feet back, and the suit was capable of fighting numerous Outriders at once.
CORVUS GLAIVE’S GLAIVE
Thanos’ adopted son and a member of the Black Order was Corvus Glaive. He joined his father in his search for the six Infinity Stones, attacking the Statesman with his siblings at first, then assisting in the assassination of the Asgardians aboard and retrieval of the Space Stone. On his own, he was a formidable fighter, but he also held a razor-sharp double-ended glaive that was far more powerful than many fans believed.
The Glaive was made of an unknown alien metal and was capable of repelling blasts from the Mind Stone and Shuri’s Vibranium Gauntlets. When it was used to murder Heimdall, it was extraordinarily sharp and lethal, piercing Vision’s vibranium body and Asgardian skin. Corvus was a dangerous soldier, but his Glaive was much more so.
Sonic Taser
Stark Industries created the non-lethal, handheld Sonic Taser as an anti-personnel weapon. It is intended to paralyze an adversary through exposure to a certain sonic frequency in order to render them helpless.
The Sonic Taser is intended to be a discreet, compact hand-held weapon that may be carried around in a person’s pocket. In order to protect the user while using the device, it also includes a specific set of earpieces that filter out the sound frequency.
The Shrink Gun
To shrink living things, Darren Cross invented the Shrink Gun. Cross learned while testing the weapon that it killed the test subjects rather than just shrinking them.
Cross utilized this gun’s dual purpose to covertly murder competitors. Frank, a senior executive at Pym Technologies, was the target of his first murder with the Shrink Gun.
Sakaaran Battle Armor
During his stay on Sakaar as the Champion of the Grandmaster in the Grand Arena, Hulk was given a piece of armor for his gladiatorial fights.
Hulk notably wore this armor during his duel against Thor, but since large parts of his body were not covered by the armor, Thor was able to repeatedly hit Hulk during the fight. Hulk also wore his armor while training with Scrapper 142.
Plasma Sphere
The Temple Vault housing the Orb was illuminated by Star-Lord using the plasma sphere on Morag. When Korath the Pursuer ambushed him, he kicked the plasma sphere backward, shattering it against the Sakaarans and destroying them.
Instead of oil, it uses plasma to create light and works like a molotov cocktail when used as a weapon or distraction. Like real oil lamps can and have been used in many movies.
Jericho Missile
Stark Industries produced one Jericho missile at the request of the American military. The purpose of Tony Stark was to demonstrate the capabilities of the missile to Air Force observers present at a demonstration in Afghanistan.
He was captured by the Ten Rings there after being ambushed by them and was forced to construct another Jericho missile for them. Instead, Stark constructed an armored suit and managed to escape.
HYDRA Parasit
Johann Schmidt harnessed the Tesseract in 1942, which led to the development of the HYDRA Parasites. The bombs were kept on board the Valkyrie, HYDRA’s super bomber, when it was ultimately constructed.
Schmidt planned to use them to bomb the most populous cities all throughout the United States in a surprise strike. The Parasite’s full potential is unknown because they were never effectively deployed.
HYDRA Flamethrower
The HYDRA Flamethrower is one of the advanced weapons developed and used by HYDRA during World War II before harnessing the power of the Tesseract. HYDRA created a number of cutting-edge weapons during its initial operations.
However, most earlier weaponry was abandoned in favor of the newly developed cannons and assault weapons once Johann Schmidt and Arnim Zola were able to harness the Tesseract’s power. One of them was the HYDRA Flamethrower.
Gravity Mine
The Gravity Mine is a device that creates a powerful short-range artificial gravity field that attracts all nearby items to it. In 2014, Peter Quill carried a Gravity Mine on Morag and used it to remove the Orb from the energy shield in the Temple Vault, attracting the artifact from the pedestal where it was standing.
In 2018, he used another one on Titan in the destroyed Q-Ship to restrain Tony Stark.
Fimbuldraugr
Fimbuldraugr was Fandral’s weapon of choice in combat. Because he had always been a skilled swordsman, Fandral utilized his rapier in a daring fashion, frequently acting quickly and nimbly when engaged in combat. In the brief conflict with the Frost Giants on Jotunheim and again with the Destroyer on Earth, Fandral utilized his rapier.
Fandral took part in the battle against the Marauders across the Nine Realms, once again armed with his rapier.
Ex-Wife Misil
This missile purportedly contained a secondary cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX) burst and a kinetic-kill sidewinder, which indicates it was made to be shot from a great distance and had enough kinetic force to pierce armor.
Then it explodes with a force comparable to that of C4 since RDX is a key ingredient in C4 explosives. It is essentially a very explosive dual-stage smart bunker-buster that has been scaled down.
Drax The Destroyer’s Knives
The principal tools of the battle for Drax the Destroyer are his knives. They were created on Drax’s homeworld of Kylos from a tempered metal alloy. They were embellished with the same sort of tribal markings that Drax’s body is covered in.

Bloodaxe
Asgardian Goddess of Death Hela selected the Asgardian Skurge to serve as her enforcer and executioner during her victorious siege of Asgard. Hela extracted the Bloodaxe directly from her flesh and handed it to Skurge, who accepted the duty that was given to him.
The cursed axe has the power to harm and even kill beings with godly constitutions because it was designed as a weapon to represent divine violence.
Atomic Bomb
Phastos’ involvement with humankind’s technological progress led to the development of the Atomic Bomb, a thermonuclear weapon of great power. During World War II, the United States Armed Forces famously employed them twice, dropping them on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The two bombings killed between 129,000 and 226,000 people, most of whom were civilians, and remain the only use of nuclear weapons in armed conflict.
Taser Rod
Without applying fatal force, targets can be subdued with the Taser Rod. As a member of the STRIKE team tasked with retaking the spacecraft Lemurian Star that had been kidnapped by a band of pirates, Brock Rumlow was assigned.
Rumlow used his Taser Rod to silently stun the pirate guarding the entrance to the ship’s kitchens as part of his mission to free the hostages who were trapped inside.
Stark Sonic Cannon
A non-lethal long-range acoustic device (LRAD) weapon called the Stark Sonic Cannon was created by Stark Industries. Most attackers can be rendered ineffective by the incredibly concentrated, dense field of compressed sound waves that it is able to create.
The United States Armed Forces purchased two Stark Sonic Cannon-equipped Humvees from Stark Industries as part of their ongoing military operations to find and capture Bruce Banner.
Stark Industries Rocket Launcher
A man-portable anti-tank rocket launcher designed by Stark Industries is known as the Stark Industries Rocket Launcher. Jackson Brice then used the modified gauntlet and began referring to himself as the Shocker, before he was murdered by Adrian Toomes.
Shrike Daggers
One of the few items that could actually kill the Shrike was the Shrike Dagger. They create a chemical reaction when they come into contact with the Shrike, paralyzing it and ultimately leading to its death as well as the demise of its host.
Sarge and Marcus Benson later noticed that the process was not immediate and that the Shrike actually needed to be stabbed for several hours before it actually passed away.
Sakaaran Laser Rifle
The Sakaaran laser rifles were a standard weapon for the members of the Sakaaran Guards. In order for Korg to lead his Sakaaran Rebellion and provide a distraction that would allow the Revengers to escape the planet, Valkyrie was able to take a weapon during the Escape from Sakaar and give it to him.
A squad of Sakaaran guards was eliminated when Thor and Loki each took possession of a pair of firearms.
Sakaaran Warhammer
Hulk used the Sakaaran War Hammer, a powerful weapon that was made out of an engine component and weighed 134 kg (295 lbs), during his bouts in the Contest of Champions. Hulk kicked Thor into the arena wall and hurled the hammer at him.
Thor swiftly struck the Hulk with the hammer as he charged at him to continue the fight, projecting the Hulk across several meters of the walls.
Pym Particle Disks
The Pym Particles Disks are a complementary weapons technology for the Ant-Man Suit. They are stored in a special compartment on the suit’s belt.

HYDRA Cannon
When three SS officers visited HYDRA Headquarters in 1943 to interrogate Johann Schmidt about HYDRA’s failure to provide the German armies on the front lines with promised weaponry, Schmidt demonstrated his Tesseract-powered cannon to the officers.
Schmidt used the cannon to vaporize everyone when they realized he planned to bomb Berlin and depose of Adolf Hitler. That was an obvious indication of his departure from the Third Reich Germany.
HYDRA Pistol
This handgun was created by Arnim Zola after Johann Schmidt discovered the Tesseract in Norway and was based on the Luger P08 gun that Schmidt used as a personal weapon.
It fired blue energy pulses that could melt Humans, just like every other Tesseract-powered weapon, but it was less efficient against other materials. Additionally, Captain America’s Shield was unaffected by it since the pulses just bounced off of or were absorbed by the vibranium.
Hofund
Hofund, also known as the Bifrost Blade or simply the Asgardian sword, was wielded by Skurge and Heimdall while they were in exile. It also acted as the switch’s key to unlock the Bifrost Bridge.

Staff of the Living Tribunal
Karl Mordo uses the Staff of the Living Tribunal, a relic that can be extended into linked parts to be used as a whip or flail for training and combat. It has two options: it can segment itself into a quarterstaff or a whip with scorching force.
The Staff of the Living Tribunal originally belonged to one of the most powerful cosmic entities in the universe, with the power to exact impartial yet brutal judgments.
Sonic Spear
A Vibranium-based Wakandan weapon with the firepower to take up war engines is called the Sonic Spear. Sonic Spears are constructed of vibranium, which makes them exceedingly strong and capable of absorbing kinetic energy.
They can generate a strong sonic blast similar to Ulysses Klaue’s prosthetic arm, which is reported to be able to kill a tank, and they are undetectable by metal detectors.
Sakaaran Battle Axe
During his fight with Thor in the Grand Arena, Hulk used a Sakaaran Battle Axe. He charged Thor with the axe while also using the hammer to attack him. He was successful in projecting Thor against the arena walls while attacking Thor with both weapons.
Thor, in response, picked up the hammer and struck the Hulk with it, forcing the latter to project as well and momentarily misplace the axe.
Iron Man Gauntlet
Tony Stark built the gauntlet, which was intended for Stark to wear covertly. It was created as a deterrence rather than an offensive weapon, unlike his other repulsor technology, and the wristwatch featured a miniature Arc Reactor.
Stark used the gauntlet’s sonic blast to assault Barnes from behind before charging in and using its flashing feature to further confuse him. The Gauntlet has the ability to shoot Repulsors.
Chitauri gun
During the Battle of New York, the Chitauri army invaded Earth and used the Chitauri Gun as their primary weapon. These weapons, a directed-energy particle rifle, were left behind in New York City after the Avengers’ victory against the Chitauri.
S.H.I.E.L.D. collected some of them and researched them in an effort to reverse-engineer their special characteristics, eventually succeeding with Item 47.
Black Widow´s Batons
The Avenger Black Widow and the Black Widows of the Red Room both employ electroshock stick weapons known as Black Widow’s Batons. The Black Widow’s batons both have electroshock capabilities.
Tony Stark gave the batons to Natasha Romanoff before the Ultron Offensive; they could be folded up and kept on her utility belt, and also blue light emanating from them. She used the batons to defeat hundreds of Ultron Sentries.
Chitauri Energy Core
The majority of Chitauri weapons draw their power from the Chitauri Energy Core. The weapons left over from the Battle of New York gave people on Earth access to these cores, which were previously only accessible to Chitauri.
If tampered with Earth’s tech, it can power hybrid weapons. However, if the Chitauri core is exposed to radiation of any kind, the core will become explosive, eventually detonating to catastrophic effect.
Quad Blaster
For the index and middle fingers, the quad blaster includes two distinct triggers and barrels. Both of which have a lethal and non-fatal assault function and can be fired simultaneously.
The barrels can be used to strike foes while firing the weapon to hit harder and hurt stronger opponents, or they can be used as melee weapons to strike and knock out opponents. The top barrel of it is designed to provide fatal force.
Synthetic Webbing
Peter Parker created Synthetic Webbing, a chemical produced from Web Fluid, to aid him in his duties as Spider-Man. It imitates the characteristics of the real silk produced by spiders.
When Tony Stark created the Parker suit, with the Taser Webs function that let electric current flow through the webbing to neutralize targets, he realized that Parker’s webbing compound could be used to transmit electricity.
Web-Shooters
The Web-Shooters are a pair of mechanical gadgets that Spider-Man constructed and put on his wrists to shoot Synthetic Webbing. Peter Parker created the Web-Shooters and the web formula himself using materials from his own workshop and ingredients from standard high school chemistry textbooks.
The web-shooters are able to discharge a strand of incredibly resilient and elastic synthetic webbing that closely resembles Parker’s original design thanks to this webbing profile.
Chitauri Blowtorch
Tinkerer used salvaged Chitauri technology along with human mechanical engineering to create the Chitauri Blowtorch. The gadget, powered by a Chitauri Energy Core, was sold on the black market to various parties and was capable of slicing through steel and concrete.
