Everyone wants their special day to be as magnificent as possible but one thing that can make a wedding really stand out is a unique wedding venue. The New York Public Library
If you are a book lover then getting married in a library probably sounds like a dream location. The New York Public Library is not just any old library though it is steeped in history and features beautiful polished wood decor along with chandeliers, and celestial frescos on the ceiling. SATC made this spot pretty famous when Sarah Jessica Parker’s character was supposed to get married there but don’t let that put you off. This venue is not an easy one to book though because your exact wedding day itinerary has to be submitted and approved by the board. Also, a government official has to do the honor of actually marrying you on your wedding day, not just someone who got a certificate off the internet.

Wookey Hole Caves, England
For those of you that enjoy caves especially spelunking or wandering around other subterranean areas than a cave wedding would be perfect. Wookey Holes Caves has the Underground Cavern which can accommodate up to 100 wedding guests. It features still water which reflects the light of all the candles and the guests themselves. It might sound a bit spooky but we promise this would be an out of this world venue. How many people can say that they have been to a wedding in a cave? Not many we bet.

La Fenice Opera House, Italy
Another public building that will truly make the bride and groom center stage is La Fenice Opera House. This magnificent structure is found in Venice and with all of the seating and balconies, you could have a wedding with hundreds of guests here.
