UPS driver makes his job more fun by taking pictures with people's pets

Jason Hardesty may be a UPS delivery man, but he is also a talented photographer and a funny guy all around. This guy is also very fond of our furry best friends and loves dogs as much as his friends and family (maybe even a little bit more). Every time Jason delivers a package to a home where there is a dog on the premises, he proceeds to make sure to take a selfie or some sort of photo with the dog and upload it to his Instagram account. We are not kidding when we say every single dog, Jason leaves no dog behind or unattended. He snaps a photo with every dog, without fail, that he comes across and we have to say that that is one of the most wonderful things we have heard in a long time. Jason takes a lot of photos of other beautiful areas in his home of New Orleans, Louisiana, but the dogs are the highlight without question. You’re about to see some of the cutest photos of man’s best friend.

Jay + Josie

Hound dog Josie got a cuddle from UPS delivery guy of the year in this adorable snap that looks like Jason won the lottery thanks to that smile. There is no doubt that little Josie is going to grow up to be a huge dog, just look at those paws!

It is lucky that Jason met her when he did otherwise he would not be able to hold her the way he is in this photo.

Jay + Kingsley

Another case of a puppy that is still small enough to pick up but not for very much longer. Kingsley is all kinds of adorable being held up by Jason in this snap. His paws are even larger than Josie’s which means that he will be an even larger dog than her, and that is saying something.

Still, in each photo Jason looks completely ecstatic to hold a furry friend, holding them nice and tight to ensure no escaping but also making sure that they feel the love and affection he has for them. There is no doubt, Jason, none at all.

Jay + Oy + Belle

We are not sure which one is Oy and which one is Belle but both of these dogs are seemingly unimpressed with Jason’s photo taking skills or visitation. One is lying all too calmly below his arm, while the other is standing with a very bored look in his or her eyes.

We cannot stop laughing at this one, and we are sure that Jason was just as amused when he looked back and saw this photo in his camera roll, he is the most excited living creature in this photo. You cannot win them all but he has won most.

Jay + Spot

Excuse us as we completely melt at this adorable puppy! However, again, the doggo in question is very much unimpressed with Jason and seems to look all too peeved that he is being picked up. Either way, Spot is wearing a bright sweatshirt and that is one of the cutest things around.

There seem to be a whole lot of puppies where Jason is delivering his packages, how lucky for him! The smile plastered on Jason’s face truly shows how pleased he is with little Spot being a figure on his workday, it is a nice break from just dropping items off.

Jay + Bit

Hold the phone, a dog with blue eyes is our weakness. Bit is one sweet pitbull puppy who looks like he is about a few months old. Unlike the other dogs so far, Bit seems more comfortable in Jason’s arms. Another thing Bit is doing is focusing on the camera and practically posing for it!

In the background, we can see Jason’s UPS delivery truck packed idly while he was surely working on getting those all important packages to people. Bit could be Jason’s mascot and go on rides with him every now and then. Jason should definitely pitch that idea to HQ.

Jay + Ruby

Another day another dog. Jay and fluffy Ruby are the bee’s knees together in this photo. Ruby looks like she is pleasantly tilting her head just for the photo and we are having a hard time handling that kind of cute.

Ruby is the true celebrity in this photo, she could easily surpass Jay’s follower count on Instagram should she wish to. Jay and his bright smile are contagious, perhaps that is why Ruby is so relaxed with him.

Jay + Prince

Little Prince is legitimately smiling for the camera in this photo. The pitbull sure knows how to put on a smile when he knows a lens is directed right at him.

Jason is just as impressed with this doggo and is proudly holding his majesty up at just the right angle to make sure the photo gets the maximum amount of cuteness to it. UPS is getting a whole lot of publicity thanks to Jason and his uniform and dog in the same space.

Jay + Sofia

Come on! Look at not-so-little Sofia here and tell us you are not completely melting at that face. While her face may look a little anxious at being held by a stranger (who must have been rather heavy for Jason to carry), she certainly looks comfortable enough to be in his arms.

This photo was clearly taken during mardi gras season thanks to the colorful flag behind Jason in the photo giving the timing away.

Jay + Stan

Jason’s smile is larger than usual with little Stan. The outfit on this dog is out of this world, between the tilted hat and the leather biker getup, we are head over heels here. In this situation, it seems that Stan is the celebrity and Jason is the fangirling one in the photo.

We wonder if Stan wears that outfit all the time or he is just dressed up for this photo, either way, he’s a hoot.

Jay + Kash

Is that a dog or a teddy bear? Jason (and us) have the same reaction to seeing this little guy. Kash is a tiny little doggo who seems practically fake in his adorable appearance. Adding to the cuteness is the little blanket warming him up, and Jason’s all too characteristic facial expression.

The background seems to be a medical facility thanks to the doctor that is standing behind Jason and sweet little Kash. We cannot get over the cuteness!

Jay + Liath

Liath is a natural dog model, in case you did not notice. He is staring right into the camera and owning his seated position on Jason. What is making this photo that much more awe-inducing is Liath’s sweet bandana around his neck, as well as the fact that the dog’s colors match Jason’s UPS delivery man uniform.

Liath is sure to go up and be one handsome dog. Perhaps we will see another photo of these two when Liath is fully grown.

Jay + Charlie

A Frenchie is always a winner. Charlie the Frenchie is looking at Jason as if thinking “what are you doing, dude?” but Jason does not seem to mind and is looking all too excited to be holding the ridiculously adorable dog.

Jason came across Charlie just has Charlie was on his way home to have his lunch, and he does not seem all too pleased to have his road to food disrupted by Jason and his photos.

Jay + Cusha

Sweet little Cusha is not looking at the camera but rather around it towards something else, perhaps the group of squirrels that like to make the nearby tree a home.

The fact that the dog is slightly distracted does not seem to offend Jason who is all too eager to get a photo in with the cute furry friend. It is downright incredible that there are so many dogs along Jason’s delivery route, what a lucky guy.

Jay + Marty

Another day another photo opportunity with a dog. Jason was caught in the middle of trying to handle the dog but it is a cute photo nonetheless. The two were probably having too much fun playing with one another but Marty managed to look in the camera’s direction.

The New Orleans native has the best job in the world, cuddling dogs all day while spending time outside and around town – this is exactly how to look at it!

Jay + Chula + Chapo

To clarify, Chula is the dog in the back that is far too excited to stand still for the photo, while Chapo is sitting with Jason yet also nowhere near calm enough to handle this photo opportunity.

These two dogs are so excited to have Jason around that they are blurry in the photo and Jason looks like he’s trying to handle the situation but is not doing so well. You are outnumbered dear one.

Jay + Half Pint

First and foremost, this dog’s name is absolutely epic. Naming a dog Half Pint is a stroke of genius, especially when the dog is truly as small as little Half Pint is.

Half Pint does not seem all too excited to be in this photo, he seems to be distracted if anything, but the photo was taken in any event and Jason and his bright grin are right there for it just like the other Jason and dog snaps!

Jay + Rongo

Rongo is far larger than the other dogs that Jason is used to taking photos with but that did not stop him from making this image happen. Rongo looks like he is far too busy trying to play than be held by the beloved UPS delivery man.

Jason is struggling to keep him in his arms but they made it and the photo was taken and all is right with the world again. Rongo got to play right after this photo was taken.

Jay + Louis

Come on! Look at this little guy and tell us he is not the cutest furry friend you have ever seen. Louis and his perky ears are making this photo a 10 out of 10.

Louis looks like he is smiling at the camera and seems very calm and comfortable with Jason who is just as excited to be photographed with Louis as Louis is to be outside and in the great outdoors. Two best pals.

Jay + Jiggy

Jiggy the fluff ball takes the cake as one of the cutest ones on this list. Jason is so excited to hold this dog that he cannot even try to hide it. This time, however, it is the dog that is looking right into the camera and Jason who is distracted by something to the side of the lens.

This is Jason’s break for the day, delivering packages to places with dogs that he can cuddle with.

Jay + Bug

Bug looks like a labrador puppy and with that, our hearts are melting. Bug is sitting so nice and pretty for this photo, sliding a bit with his feet which happens quite often with growing puppies.

Bug is focused on something aside from Jason and his desire to capture all the dogs he crosses paths with, but he is so cute that it does not matter – the photo was captured and all is right with the world.

Jay + Ziggy

Finally, a dog that is showing Jason all of the love! Ziggy and Jason hit it off right off the bat and the camera caught the action. The ear licks are a sure sign that Ziggy likes Jason and wants to play with his favorite delivery guy.

Jason is happy to be getting the attention from the doggo, the photo captures the perfect moment between the two friends and it is a true sight to see.

Jay + Bubbles + Buttercup

There may be a fence between Bubbles, Buttercup, and Jason but that will not stop them from getting their petting on. The two giant dogs cannot be picked up like most of the other ones that Jason comes across but the love between Jason and dogs goes beyond the ability to pick them up.

No dog is left uncuddled and that is exactly how it should be. No one may be looking at the camera for this one, but we get the picture.

Jay + Gov

With a name like Gov, you know this dog is a true sensation. The beautiful Great Dane is the largest dog on Jason’s dog photos. He is so well groomed, shiny, and stands like royalty and Jason is too!

In one of the only ones where Jason is not smiling, he is jokingly standing with a certain air about him and while it is in jest, it works well with Gov’s presence and demeanor.

Jay + Louie

Little Louie looks a lot less responsive than many of the other dogs that Jay has his picture taken with. As Jay’s face says one thing, Louie’s says another.
 

If you closer at the picture, you can spot a ginger tom cat staring at Jay, perhaps he jealous and wants to be #instafamous aswell!

Jay + Dakota

Dakota is a gorgeous dog who actually looks more like a fox as he peeks out of the window to greet Jay. Obviously excited about the delivery, Dakota can not wait to see the UPS delivery driver.

Jay fusses him through the window as well as puckers up for a little smooch. You have got to send the love back!

Jay + Gus

Now Gus has got to be one of the cutest little guys we have ever seen. His golden coat and big floppy ears and one of Jay’s favorite things to play with.

Gus loves it when Jay comes to visit, and his family even specifically order via UPS so Gus can play with Jay as often as possible.

Jay + Sunshine

Sushine the pom-pom is exactly that, a small yet bubbly ray of sunshine. Although the pom may be small, she is actually a little old lady now and love nothing more than some cuddles from her favorite delivery man.

Always wearing a jacket to keep her warm, on this day Sunshine opted for a pink jumper, ready for Jay’s arrival.

Jay + Oyster

Hanging out at Mimi’s In The Marigny has never been more than when Jay and Oyster are on the loose. Enjoying a break on his rounds, the pair have alot of fun together.

Mimi’s may be a little run down, but that’s where it hold all of it’s magic and this blonde pup is always excited about visitors.

Jay + Sophie

This french bulldog was on a stroll with its owner when Jay spotted him and he just could not resist. Pulling over on the side of the road, Jay realised it was actually a regular customer.

Sophie has never warmed to Jay, and it is clear to see that here. Her face speaks a thousand words. Maybe next time Jay.

Jay + Trixie

Trixie or better known as Trixster, is a known trouble causer and she even managed to live up to her name in this picture, as she cheekily stuck her tongue out!

With their matching outfits and adorable faces, we just love this picture!
