Man Behind The Counter
Travis Sattler was the man behind the counter on the fateful day of the incident. He had been working at Freddy’s since June 2014. When he arrived at work that morning he expected this to be a day like any other. He had worked his way up to become the manager of the branch and was determined to do a good job.

Before he earned his promotion, Sattler served as a cashier. One of his many duties was taking orders for the restaurant’s signature steakburgers and frozen custard, as well as hot dogs and sundaes.
